From time to time, a home might sit available on the market for a longer than anticipated period. Is it the home? Is it the price? Is it something that has nothing to do with home or price? Maybe the right buyer hasn’t come along yet.
Looking back at the homes highlighted thus far in 2018, I wanted to make sure you didn’t forget about these homes that might have slipped through the cracks.
Magnificent In Mansfield

In March we took a look at the brand new custom home in the South Pointe community of Mansfield at 1105 Knoll Crest Drive.
You will recall this 5,600-square-foot home with five bedrooms and five baths was the home with the floating fireplace in the expansive living room with the stunning granite surround.

This Mansfield home at 1105 Knoll Crest Drive is still on the market for the asking price of $1.3 million.
Outdoor Oasis on Ranier Court

Also featured in March was 4225 Ranier Court in the Westcliff neighborhood of Fort Worth. You will remember this was the home with a spacious covered patio off the pool house. It’s not too late to enjoy your holiday festivities on this patio with all your friends and family … there’s plenty of room. This gorgeous haven for entertaining at 4225 Ranier Court has been re-priced at $935,000.
Right On in Ridgmar

In July we discovered the ranch-style home for sale at 6332 Juneau Road in the Ridgmar neighborhood. Now priced at $599,900, this 4,068-square-foot home of four bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms was the home with the covered porch at the front of the home as well as the amazing oak tree in the backyard.

Oh So Fine on Clementine

You knew I was going to mention this one…it was my favorite home then and it’s still my favorite home now! (Don’t worry, you’ll see this home again in the “Best Of 2018” article later this year).
Size isn’t everything. Price-per-foot isn’t a measurement of value. You can’t quantify taste, uniqueness, and primo location!

This stunning home at 224 Clementine Court in the gated enclave of Rivercrest Bluffs is THE home for those of you Dirty Readers that can appreciate good construction, thoughtful design, and true beauty when it comes to a home.
For those who might have forgotten, this 3,800-square-foot modern farmhouse of four bedrooms has many fantastic sight lines, open-air spaces, and just feels like a retreat home. Shame on those who have looked but passed up this home for one reason or another … you’re missing out big time!

224 Clementine Court remains priced at $1.35 million — so if any of you want to make me a little loan, I’d be happy to be the next resident.
