Super Bowl 50 Spot From Ebby Halliday Realtors Offers Perspective on Homebuying

Superbowl-Collage

Did you see the eye-catching 30-second spot from Ebby Halliday Realtors before Super Bowl 50 yesterday? We did, and we were so impressed with the message and execution from the North Texas brokerage that is growing like gangbusters, now the 10th largest residential real estate brokerage in the nation.

“Let’s face it, buying or selling a home can be scary,” said Ebby vice president and marketing director Randall Graham. “Our new campaign places the agent at the center and makes it abundantly clear that now, more than ever, when approaching one of life’s largest financial transactions it’s wise for buyers and sellers to choose a guide they can truly trust.”

Besides its first turn just before kick-off, the spot aired again during late local news and “The Late Late Show with James Corden.” It’s a huge buy for the Ebby brand, and it covers a subject that really hits close to … well … home.

“Most of our clients don’t buy and sell homes very often,” Mary Frances Burleson, president and chief executive officer of Ebby Halliday Realtors, said. “It’s relatively unknown territory to them. But it’s our native territory since 1945. We know the landscape. There’s no trail we haven’t been down before. As our new advertising and marketing campaign makes clear, we are here to help our clients fully experience what can – and should – be one of the biggest, most joyful events in their lives.”
