Our splurge is a beautiful four-bedroom, 1,863-square-foot home that’s been updated top to bottom. Neutral paint, new floors, updated kitchen, and open floor plan living. I dig the dark brown/black painted brick on the fireplace. Alas, something different!
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and a glossy gray tile backsplash, and opens to what would be the formal dining room. But that the nice thing about an open concept.
