After years of success with the Jan Richey Team at Keller Williams Realty, veteran Realtor Rosa Collins is headed to @properties Dallas as the first agent to be named in its new Frisco office. She’s one of several high-profile agents that have left other brokerages to join the @properties Dallas team.
From her start in real estate in 2002, the Texas native’s expertise and passion for real estate became clear when was awarded Rookie of the Year and quickly continued her successful climb to be a multi-million-dollar producer. Recently, Rosa has been named D Magazine’s Best Realtor and Top Producer each of the past four years. In 2021 she closed over $27 million in sales and is being named a “Plano Top 25 Realtor” by Plano Magazine.
“The market has changed over the past two years. It’s more competitive, fast-paced, technology-driven, and has greater nationwide reach than ever before,” she says. “I found the @properties opportunity provided a robust and client-centric technology platform and highly professional culture. This delivers real value and is required for successfully selling and buying properties for clients in the luxury market.”

Collins foresees a similar market in 2022 that we saw in 2021, including tight inventory, strong buyer competition, as well as additional appreciation of local property values between 5 to 10 percent.
Outside the office, Collins spends time working with the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County (CACCC), an organization on the front lines for children in need. Her husband, Dan (also a Realtor with @properties Frisco) devotes much of his free time to U.S. Veterans, and together, Rosa and Dan rescue dogs, mostly White German Shepherds.
“I’m known as being authentic and genuinely caring for people. After our first meeting, people know how attentive I am in listening to their needs,” she says, noting that she has a gift for understanding home layouts and design elements and then matching them to a person’s or family’s lifestyle.
This has led to much of her past success, including making the experience as fun as possible for everyone.
“My clients appreciate how many doors I can magically open,” she says. “Pun intended.”
