  • Steve Tiemann says he’s excited to work in the “best commercial real estate market” in the world.

Commercial real estate veteran Steve Tiemann is excited about the opportunities now that he is a part of Rogers Healy and Associates Commercial.

He joins RHA Commercial as an agent with 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, and legal expertise.

Tiemann said RHA is a great platform to represent investors, whether they are individuals, family offices, or REITs. He added the Rogers Healy team has a great environment and an “impressive” set of tools to help people succeed.

Tiemann has worked in Dallas since 1982 and he called the current commercial real estate environment “one of the best commercial real estate markets in the world right now.”

He cites the numerous commercial relocation, such as Texas Instruments to Sherman, which has accelerated population growth and development in the region.

Tiemann called the commercial real estate growth in North Texas “unprecedented.”

“North Texas is just the place to be right now for commercial real estate,” he said.

Tiemann said he expects the commercial real estate market to remain strong for five to 10 years because the companies moving to the region are making long-term commitments. He said the jobs they are providing will not leave in one to three years, and that these will be jobs that will impact the economy for more than a decade.

With 52 commercial real estate agents at the brokerage, RHA Commercial has one of the largest CoStar accounts in Texas and reached $1 billion in production last year.

“We are thrilled to welcome Steve to our team,” says John Briggs, a commercial real estate veteran and director of RHA Commercial who joined the brokerage in February of 2021. “I have the utmost respect for his knowledge, expertise, and his gift of mentoring. Steve is a fantastic influence on our growing company.”
