TAM Residential, a fast-growing third-party property management company in Texas and nine other states, and its parent company, Post Investment Group, recently announced the promotion of Michele Butler to president. As a strong leader and a natural in performance improvement, Butler brings a wealth of leadership experience and passion for promoting positive change within organizations.
In this new capacity, Butler will lead the company’s strategic growth plans nationwide, oversee profit and loss on all portfolios, and maintain TAM’s reputation as a leader in the third-party property management space.
“I am very excited and honored to take on this new role and continue our growth momentum throughout the country,” Butler said. “This is going to be a significant year for TAM. We are on track to reach our goals for 2023 and I look forward to what’s in store for our company.”
Since joining TAM in 2021, Butler has served as executive vice president. She was the driving force behind its third-party business across the U.S., in addition to establishing its fully integrated platform. She also led the charge on TAM’s internal restructuring, key leader selection, and platform upgrades.
