Pacific Elm Properties And Mintwood Real Estate Open Preleasing of Peridot Luxury Apartments

Pacific Elm Properties and Mintwood Real Estate have announced preleasing on Peridot, their newest premium residential apartment homes at Santander Tower in downtown Dallas.

Set to open in July 2023, Peridot will feature 228 homes for lease in the 1.3 million square foot skyscraper located at 1601 Elm Street, adjacent to Thanks-Giving Square. According to sources, units in the luxury apartment tower will lease monthly from the $2,000s.

Peridot occupies 11 floors of the 50-story mixed-use tower that features a private dining club, boutique hotel, restaurant, bar and coffee house in addition to Class-A office space.

“After studying the market, we determined there is rising demand for elevated rental product in the downtown core and assembled a team to make this transformative adaptive reuse happen, as the first of several projects in our partnership with Pacific Elm,” says Katy Slade, Principal and Founder of Mintwood Real Estate. “We look forward to opening the doors at Peridot to welcome Dallas’ urban residents to a restful home amidst a bustling downtown.”

Homes feature downtown and Uptown views from one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 700 to 1,300 square feet.  The elevated finishes include quartz countertops and abundant storage, spa-like bathrooms with free-standing showers, soaking tubs, oversized closets and separate powder rooms.

Building amenities including a private swimming pool, dog park, interior lounge spaces, fitness center, common areas, two lobby restaurants, guest rooms for visitors at boutique hotel Mint House on the 49th and 50th floors, and the Tower Club on the 48th floor.

“Santander Tower welcomes Peridot to the building,” said Jonas Woods, CEO of Pacific Elm Properties. “The opening of this project brings 228 new homes to downtown Dallas, and we plan to build more than 1,500 additional new homes in downtown over the next five years.  This continues to shape downtown Dallas into a mixed-use city of the future, by adding homes and driving retail and office demand, while also reducing office vacancy in the submarket.”

Amenities were designed by SWOON, the Studio.  The architect of record is WDG Dallas and the pool and dog park expansion are designed by TBG.  Gables Residential is managing the residences.

The grand opening for Peridot is currently scheduled for July 2023. Hard hat tours are available now.
