The 17,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom, 17-bathroom estate is currently listed by Bespoke Real Estate and sits on 11.5 pristine and manicured acres of prime East End real estate. Oh and Beyoncé, Jay Z, and Madonna have stayed here. NBD.
But it’s the Sandcastle’s developer, Joe Farrell, that is grabbing headlines for shaping the way people buy and sell real estate in the Hamptons. Google “Sandcastle Hamptons estate” and you’ll find as many naysayers as there are fans, but there’s a common theme – curiosity. And everyone wants in.
