Today, the parade is led by the three properties in our Daltxrealestate.com Dallas Open Houses of the Week column. We’ve scoured the DFW listings and picked the ones to recommend for your weekend open house viewing. They all have that je ne sais quoi that makes them stand out.

You gotta love a development so new, you can’t Google the address. The Merion at Midtown Park townhome at 8272 Milroy Ln. is just such a place, located near Walnut Hill Lane and Greenville Avenue. With views of the trees at Royal Oaks Country Club, a resort-style community pool, and other great amenities, this development looks like a great place to entertain, even if it’s just yourself. NORTHWEST DALLAS STONE RANCH WITH UPDATED GOOD LOOKS
