So, have you ever needed to wash the funk of the day off yourself, but also been really, really hungry? Well, this New York pad we found for this week’s Wednesday frivolities has the answer.

That’s right— today, “WTF?” is “WTF not?”

We found this greatness when scouring StreetEasy, and by golly, someone in the dee-eff-dub needs to hop on this innovation.

Meet the Tinner. Or maybe the Lub. Or maybe the Brower. The Snubble Bath? At any rate, here’s a kitchen with a bathtub in it.

Now, we know New York real estate is pricey, but just think of the dinner parties. The brunches. The luncheons.

And what kind of fantastic efficiency is it that you could take a shower and wash your dishes at the same time?

My God, why didn’t anyone else think of this sooner?

“Luxuries (sic) or weird ??! Kitchen or Bathroom vibes? You decide! This is A old School loft apartment in Williamsburg,” the grammatically challenged listing information reads. “Weird but good priced if you don’t care (or do care and wanna be a weirdo!)”

The apartment rents for $1,850, and is a studio.

“This price for a spacious loft / apartment is rare for the area” the listing adds. “Unit comes with separate kitchen with windows and sectioned off sleeping area with toilet — all you gotta do to call this home is deal with this bathtub situation.”

Either this whole pandemic thing has gotten to my noggin, or this is just a great idea. In fact, if you’re building new, 86 that roomy kitchen island and swap it out for a nice big Yumtub.

Someone call Phil Crone and have him tell those Dallas builders — we want a kitchen tub.
