Oh hey, Martha Lane. What a little stunner sitting on over one-third of an acre. An effortless flow. And curb appeal for days.

It’s a generous house and it’s all on one level. Did your knee joints just high five? Because yes. No stairs.

Just look at that massive lawn. If you don’t already have a lawn service, this might be the home where you throw in the weedwhacker and make it happen. Or not. Because someone has done an incredible job here so you might need a little hands-on to keep it going. Easy landscaping, lots of shrubs, and a three-car garage painted green to tie it all together.

Inside, the formal living is up front with a bump-out bay window. Very interesting because you could add a console, but then that would defeat the purpose and block the view. Plants would make a lot of sense here, like a semi-greenhouse, but love the sculptures the current owners have, too.

We love the wood “framing” that the homeowners added to the fireplace and it’s a really nice touch. Makes it feel more modern and it’s not something we’ve seen before.

The doors leading out back are painted a deep charcoal and again, it’s unexpected and we’re into it. There are a lot of mixed metals and materials and different decorating styles pulled together in this house, but they all come together and make it feel incredibly livable and cozy.

There’s a mega closet in the primary bedroom and a full-on utility room with a sink and really fun patterned tile. That seems to be the latest thing, doesn’t it? Doing fun stuff in your formerly throw-away areas.

If you’re into wine, start stockpiling bottles because there’s also a custom wine cellar made to hold 1,500 bottles. For real.

We’ll just say it, there are so many great things going on with Martha. Not to mention that backyard!! It’s MASSIVE. Break out the croquet, badminton, horseshoes, and every other yard game that we vaguely remember.
