I think you know by now that this building is pretty much my favorite lofts in Dallas. It has a great location, wonderful views, and fabulous amenities. And it has a true, open loft layout that makes any decor look swank.
These units aren’t often up for rent, and when they do, they tend to go for a high price. Perhaps you’re in a situation where you need to move and don’t quite have any furniture. It comes with a gorgeous kitchen with an eat-in island, and a beautiful bath with claw-foot tub and huge glass-walled shower. If you’d rather furnish it yourself, it’s available for $1,750 a month.
Now, the photos are a little dark because the curtains are drawn over that huge bank of windows, but that does help highlight the excellent lighting in this unit, which will be perfect for showing off your art. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath loft with more than 1,400 square feet. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a dining area, and a large bedroom area. Polished concrete floors and tall ceilings complete the industrial feel of this space.
And don’t forget the amenities! You get access to the rooftop pool, fitness center, concierge, and gated parking. Rent includes water, trash, sewer, and cable, too. What do you think?
