700 North Bailey is the perfect kitchen to congregate for Turkey Day

Kitchens.  We’ve discussed this previously but just in case you’ve forgotten, after location, the top three things buyers look for and sellers should focus on when dealing with homes are:

  1. Kitchens
  2. Floors
  3. Master Suite (bed, bath, closet)

If a home gets a “thumbs-up” on those three factors then 99.99 percent of the time buyers are willing to overlook other areas of a home that might be less than stellar.

The open concept kitchen is probably here to stay – just makes too much sense at 612 Rockledge Court

Kitchen Is Number One

I put the kitchen as the number one item on that short list because it is probably the most important room or item in a home.

For one reason or another, the kitchen is where everyone congregates.  Whether it’s for a party, doing homework or a simple chat, it is the place where you’ll find everyone.

Counter space is always needed with Turkey Day as seen at 6654 Gascony Place

In light of Turkey Day nearly upon us, I wanted to share a few great kitchens from previous 2019 Tarrant County Tuesday blogs.

What Makes A Great Kitchen

When trying to figure out what makes the perfect kitchen, there really is no correct answer.  There is the open concept, the blue island kitchen, the galley, the kitchen that has been updated and the one that could use a face lift.

The blue island kitchen is becoming quite popular as seen in 3720 Hamilton Avenue

Regardless of the age, shape or decor, there’s one thing that’s important…it must be a good place to hang out.

Not only is the kitchen at 6001 Indian Creek Court luxury and exquisite but there’s a TV in the island!

We’ve all been there…homes that have huge family rooms or dining rooms and yet everyone immediately migrates to the kitchen to visit or just be.

More Than A Place To Hang

Of course a kitchen would be just another room if not for its usefulness as a place to cook, eat and enjoy a beverage.

This kitchen has it right – counter space, fridge and huge wine fridge…perfect for any day at 3720 Cresthaven Terrace

While not large, the kitchen in 2600 W. 7th #1801 has wine fridge, convection microwave, oven and gas cooktop…nothing more needed

Pay attention to where you are this Thanksgiving Day.  What kind of kitchen will you be enjoying sips of a tasty beverage and watching the Longhorns and Cowboys to victory?  Wherever it is and whatever you’re doing…make it a Dirty One!

Well, that’s all we have from this week’s  Tarrant County Tuesday, Dirty Readers.  Thanks for reading and following and sharing! As always, if you have questions, comments or great ideas for a post … hit me up!
