At JP & Associates REALTORS, the agents are the true stars of the company – and they were honored as such at the company’s annual Oscars-style awards gala, complete with red carpet interviews, flowing Champagne, and sparkling “Seppe” statuettes.
A real estate brokerage firm with ten offices in the DFW area, Austin, NYC and Houston with 370 agents, JP & Associates REALTORS is committed to giving back to the community and dedicated to exceeding expectations. They specialize in residential real estate sales, offering additional services to support their clients’ needs and agents’ businesses.
Named after JP’s nickname Seppe (short for Giuseppe, JP’s legal name), the 2nd Annual Seppe’s Awards took place on Sunday, January 17, at the stylish Avenu Lounge, located on McKinney Avenue in Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood.
Over 500 agents, their families and friends packed the house for the black-tie event, which kicked off with red carpet arrivals and live video interviews. Dressed to the nines in sparkles and tuxedos, the guests spoke about their experience working for the company.
“It’s a very positive atmosphere at JP & Associates,” said nominee Benny Gross. “It’s a big team, a family… everybody helps each other out.”
The Master of Ceremonies was JP himself, and awards were presented by company management and super star agents who delighted the crowds with skits and entertainment.
Top-producing teams and MVP agents of 2015 were recognized, along with special awards for standout mentors and hard-working rookies. Nominees for each category of award were announced weeks before, but the winning agents were kept a secret until the envelope was opened on stage. Each winner received a 14-inch statuette with a marble base in honor of their award.
Every agent at the company was invited along with a guest, and the party was a lively event with champagne, an open bar, photo booth, and, most importantly, the arrival of 100+ i Fratelli pizzas. Numerous door prizes were given out, including iPad minis, $100 Visa gift cards, Nest thermostats, and free transactions.
After the awards were presented, Journey tribute band Infinite Journey took the stage with a live rock performance that lit up the dance floor until late.
JP & Associates REALTORS is opening three new offices in DFW in Colleyville, Southlake and Pilot Point, giving the company a total of nine branches in the DFW area in just four years – thus even more reasons to celebrate. New agents are actively being recruited to join the company, which prides itself on always giving back to its agents and the community. While the company does hire new agents it expects them to produce a minimum of six sales in 12 months. Another reason JP and Associates REALTORS sets itself apart from the competition.
