I know some people are upset about Exxxotica coming to town. But I’m excited. Sure these things are a little wild and a little naughty, and some of it won’t be my cup of tea I’m sure. But most of it will be fun seminars with porn stars talking about their lives (and maybe houses!) and people checking out the on-site dungeon, plus plenty of mixing and mingling and – with any luck – laughing too.
That’s what everyone seems to be missing in this conversation – sex should be fun. I mean it. Responsible and FUN. We’ve so lost track of that, and it’s time we got right back to it. So, in honor of Exxxotica and daltxrealestate.com, and bringing the fun back to sex, I’ve created this list of five sexy things to look for in your next real estate purchase:
- A Home brimming with Natural light. Everyone looks sexier in natural light. And moonlight … don’t even get me started. Look for homes that have natural light not just in the living room but in the bedroom as well so you can take advantage of that natural, sexy glow.
- Water Features. Whether it’s a giant soaking tub, an outdoor hot tub or shower, a Jacuzzi, or a massive shower with showerheads galore, a water feature can really help to inspire sexy, at home play. And don’t underestimate what pleasures even the simplest of tubs can offer.
- Furniture with a Purpose. Manufacturers are producing all kinds of sexy furniture from swings and couches to benches and rocking chairs. So choose a home where you can hide these babies in plain sight. Your mother-in-law never has to know…
- Outdoor Privacy. That tall fence isn’t just about keeping the dog in. It can also be about keeping the nosy neighbors out. Look for homes that have space to put in cozy outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a little al fresco fun and maybe even a pool for some skinny-dipping too!
- Room to Move. Sex does not just belong in the bedroom. Homes with space to spare equals more places to play. The cold tile of the kitchen floor. The naughtiness of the office desk. The risk of the sunroom filled with windows. Let the space be your inspiration!
