For years, the home inspection business was fraught with errors, loose ends, and limited information. Tracking down a local and reliable source often caused confusion for buyers and issues for agents. Even industry pros had problems finding steady work and a stable client base. Then came InspectionGo – a modern tech platform committed to connecting communities of independent home inspectors to the right agents. With their latest offering, iGo Network, this revolutionary resource is advancing the field that much further.

iGo Network: A Win-Win Solution

iGo Network is a brand new source of business for home inspection companies. With an intuitive platform, this product allows home inspectors to source new booking opportunities with top real estate companies all over the country.

“Having a single point of access is crucial to home inspectors,” says Celeste Starchild, COO of iGo. “This platform solves geographical fragmentation, allowing inspection companies to locate and book inspections across a larger map.”

iGo also allows those in the real estate world to get the most from their inspections with human-enhanced digital booking service.

“With respect to the agents, iGo Network is much more efficient and less error-prone,” says Celeste. “In the past, bookings were done over the phone. This was not only time-consuming but left a lot of room for error and issues in relaying the information.”

This isn’t the case with iGo since it’s all done over a digital platform with all the information spelled out for all parties.

“Also,” says Celeste. “Our digital platform is staffed with real humans in case there is a question.”

But That’s Not All …

iGo also partnered with Repair Pricer, another incredible tool for easy, instant repair estimates to accompany all iGo inspections.

“Repair Pricer is a really special product and one we’re proud to partner with,” says Celeste. “So often, the inspection report comes back and there’s a very limited time to figure out what to do next. Having instant information on the cost of repair in that stressful and narrow window of time is key for informed negotiations and closings. Repair Pricer is able to use AI to generate repair estimates instantly.”

Industry Insight

Ricki Lange is the co-owner of 1st Rate Inspections in Houston. In the last month, Rikki onboarded with iGo Network and is already impressed by how much smoother it’s helped her business operate.

“We love that the information comes in digitally,” says Lange. “Reducing errors benefits everyone because even the smallest human mistake can have a ripple effect through the transaction.”

“We also see an opportunity to make it easier to serve larger companies with great inspection services through iGo Network,” Lange added. “For example, iGo can integrate with real estate transaction management and agent dashboards to streamline workflow for agents.”
