Courtney

Not only is David Griffin & Company agent Courtney Tauriac driven to serve her clients, she’s also focused on serving the community. And she does both with the kind of dedication you’d expect, too!

Smart, savvy, and service-driven … sounds like a High-Caliber Agent if there ever was one. We took a little time out of Tauriac’s busy day to find out what makes her tick, and how she’s poised to take advantage of a dynamic Dallas real estate market while giving back to the community. Jump to find out more about this week’s High-Caliber Agent sponsored by Lisa Peters of Caliber Home Loans.

Real estate is a very competitive business. To what or whom do you owe your success?

Courtney Tauriac: I owe my success to my incredible clients and friends who have supported me. You can’t survive in this business without repeat clients and referrals. Most everyone knows a handful of Realtors in the Dallas marketplace and what can set you apart is a great testimonial from a previous client. Just as important as location, location, location is in real estate…so is service, service, service!

Outside of day-to-day business, what are you passionate about?

Tauriac: I’m a huge advocate for Big Brothers Big Sisters. I’ve been a Big Sister to my little brother for over eight years and serve on the board. Mentorship is one of the most important gifts we can give a child and it’s certainly one of the most rewarding. I also support TACA, The Arts Community Alliance. We are fortunate to live in a city that celebrates all cultures and diversity and our performing arts community represents that.

What (or who) is your inspiration?

Tauriac: Absolutely, my inspiration is my son, Avery. He definitely keeps me moving and striving for more, but I’m also inspired by my love of architecture and style. It’s exciting to walk into a client’s home for the first time and see how they’ve put their personal stamp on it. I appreciate how different families celebrate their lifestyle and how their home is a reflection of that.

Why is finding the right lender crucial to your success?

Tauriac: An intelligent and responsive lender is my best partner in creating a smooth transaction for my clients. There’s a multitude of nuances in the lending process which is why it’s imperative to have a lender who can offer solutions to overcome challenges. When my clients choose Lisa Peters and Caliber Home Loans as their lender, I know I have a competent partner who will guide them through the process and assist them with meeting their goals. She cares just as much about giving great customer service as I do. And most importantly, she answers her phone no matter the time and day. That’s crucial in this industry!
