Sit Pretty in Sunroom, Hot Tub Of This Greenville Wood Renovated Traditional

Sunrooms are not particularly common features in North Texas homes. I suppose the oppressive summer heat makes people think they’re not useful, but we have many months of the year when a sunroom is perfectly delightful. That’s particularly true if the sunroom has a hot tub in it, like the one at our Thursday Three Hundred.

Located at 9064 Stone Creek Pl. in Lake Highlands, this home has that sunroom and quite a bit more. Think German Poggenpohl cabinets and Miele appliances in the kitchen, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, skylight, and lots of space.

This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, and 2,433 square feet on one story, built in 1982.

This property is in the Greenville Wood neighborhood of Lake Highlands, near Forest Lane and Greenville Avenue. It’s in the attendance zone for Moss Haven Elementary, which earns a “9” out of 10 from greatschools.org.
This house is located on a quiet and secluded street and has cute curb appeal, with the big trees in front.
Inside, you’re greeted with hardwood floors, and large and open living areas with vaulted ceilings. The front living area has a huge fireplace surround of marbled stone and access to the sunroom through glass doors which let the sun stream in. There’s a wet bar off this area for entertainment, and the formal dining room, which is painted a lovely blue.
A renovated kitchen shows off German Poggenpohl cabinets, with lots of storage and organization options. There are also Miele stainless steel appliances, a high-end touch, granite counters, and a beautiful arabesque white tile backsplash. What a stylish space.
The bedrooms are large, and the hardwoods flow into these spaces, too—no carpet in sight. The master has a bathroom with dual sinks, a garden tub, linen closet, separate shower, and walk-in closets.
The backyard offers that fabulous and huge sunroom with a hot tub and space for seating and a table. There’s also a deck with a pergola, stone terrace, and mature landscaping, including big trees.
This home was listed Dec. 15 by Robin Norcross with Nathan Grace Real Estate for $379,000.
