415-blondy-jhune-extTrue story: I was sitting on an airplane Sunday night, heading back to Dallas, working on this blog post. The woman next to me looks over my shoulder (we were NOT in First Class!) and says, oh we have looked at that house! It’s gorgeous!

I start to talk with her about real estate. Guess where her family wants to move? Lucas or Fairview. Guess how old this woman is? Late 30’s. Three children.
