Empty Nest? Head West to Riverhills

Set in an idyllic neighborhood that’s part of the prestigious Riverhills development, this house is the perfect home for empty nesters. It’s the perfect size, one single level, 2010 construction, NOT a zero lot, neutral colors, and everything else you’re looking for. In fact, let’s just break it on down with some bullet points and witty repartee.

Home is virtually staged.

The Perfect Size — You know when you really feel the size of your current house? When we’re in opposite weather and that water and electric bill roll in. Imagine, just imagine, what that bill would look like cut in half? Then maybe knock it down a little bit more since it’s 2010 construction so likely better insulated with newer windows. (LIKELY. I do not currently have your home address.)

Single Level — Empty Nesters = Golden time of their lives = Who has time for stairs?! NO ONE. Here’s a scenario we’ve lived to tell about. It’s late, you’re headed to bed, but then you think, did I leave the bathtub on? THEN since you’re in a two-story, you trek your little self upstairs only to discover, nope, all good. You literally haven’t even been in this bathroom all week. Are you losing it? No. IT’S BECAUSE YOUR HOUSE IS TOO BIG.

2010 Construction — Not only is it *likely* a more energy efficient home, it’s also a well-designed one with an open kitchen, private office, true primary suite, lots o’ closets, and NO STAIRS.

Neutral – It probably should say neutral and impeccable. Even though it’s 2010 construction, that was still fourteen years ago, but in this house? You can’t tell. Very, very well-maintained.

NOT a Zero Lot – Pretty self-explanatory, but to reiterate, there is a backyard. A huge one. Like seemingly oversized, but that’s just because you’re sitting on the sweet, sweet middle of a cul-de-sac lot.

Everything Else – Soaring ceilings, a butler’s pantry, an insane amount of countertop space, a fireplace, a recessed TV nook so you don’t have to put it over the fireplace unless you WANT to, a true utility and mudroom, and a flagstone COVERED patio that looks out into a beautifully landscaped backyard.

Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s Int’l. Realty’s Renee Eiband recently reduced 7321 Brightwater Road to $565,000.
