NETZE.HOMES, a luxury home builder based in Lake Dallas, just unveiled its newest residenal project called The Row, a stunning 66-lot townhome development located at 6492 McKinney Ranch Parkway in McKinney, Texas. The development offers more than curb appeal — it is saving the environment one home at a time.

“Something had to be done. Everything we need to change the future of home building and reduce our carbon footprint is at our fingerps,” says Nejeeb Khan, CEO of NETZE.HOMES, “Our goal with The Row is to create an eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and smart townhome that priorizes the well-being of McKinney and its residents.”

NETZE.HOMES claims that each home is built using steel from recycled cars — a more climate-conscious choice of building materials. Each home also saves 40 to 50 mature trees from destruction. Steel is 20 times stronger than wood, making it a perfect material for residential construction in North Texas.

NETZE.HOMES completed and sold its first home in Lewisville, Texas, garnering more per square foot than any home in the city limits. Additionally, NETZE.HOMES has multiple residential developments throughout Dallas-Fort Worth in production to suit conscious homebuyers.

The Row is located within the Frisco Independent School District boundaries, making it an ideal choice for families and investors.

Each townhome within the development boasts elegant architectural design, incorporating a blend of traditional and contemporary elements to create a visually appealing streetscape. The interior layouts have been thoughully created to maximize comfort and funconality. Spacious, open-concept floor plans create an inving ambiance, while high ceilings and large windows flood each home with natural light. Premium finishes and fixtures, including gourmet kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, luxurious bathrooms, and stylish flooring opons, ensure a sophisticated living experience at The Row.

Most importantly, by utilizing cutting edge technologies, eco-friendly architecture, and creative thinking, the team at NETZE.HOMES can offer a luxury product at an affordable price compared to other high-end homebuilders. Sales at The Row are expected to begin in late 2023.
