What location or area do you primarily build in? What about the location makes it especially attractive?
We build in Chapel Downs and White Rock Lake. An array of activities can be taken advantage of for the outdoor lover and active individual with biking trails, lake activities, The Dallas Arboretum, and North Haven Trail, etc.

Have you received any recent awards? What for? From whom?
We were recently selected to participate in the Parade of Homes 2019 and our Drake project is being showcased in several modern design venues.
Considering the competition, how does your brand distinguish itself?
We have acquired some very unique properties and are building in some of the most iconic neighborhoods and areas of Dallas. Our brand is distinguished by these landmarks and our partnerships with some of the areas top-notch home builders, nationally known general contractors, and architects.
What does being a member of the Dallas Builders Association do for you and your business?
Being a member of the Dallas Builders Association affords us the ability to meet and develop strong relationships with industry-leading, and quality affiliates.
What is the biggest challenge you face in the current market? What are you doing to overcome it?
With the current market changing, only outstanding quality and architecturally sound product will sell quickly.
