What location or area do you primarily build in? What about the location makes it especially attractive?
One acre homesites in Lake Ridge. Proximity to Grand Prairie and Cedar Hill, Joe Pool Lake, and Cedar Hill State Park is great. The rock crops and cedar breaks give the area a Hill Country feel

How does your company provide value to your clients?
Winston provides wide (ranch or modern style) single-story plans with three-car garages, swimming pools, hand-scraped wood floors, stone exteriors, and outdoor kitchens all included in the sales price.
Have you received any recent awards? What for? From whom?
Recognized by Dallas Builders Association for 2019 Operation Finally home as Builder of Major King’s home in Irving.
Considering the competition, how does your brand distinguish itself?
We’re an affordable custom home and pool builder, building 2-10 warranty homes since 1989. We give personal attention to our customers, including on-site sales and construction, accessible by phone, email, or text.
We have over 25 homes completed in Lake Ridge since 2015.
What does being a member of the Dallas Builders Association do for you and your business?
The DBA allows me to give back to the community and profession of home building in a much broader way then I could possibly contribute by myself,
And in the same way, the DBA helps my small-scale company stay in step with much larger builders locally and nationally.
What is the biggest challenge you face in the current market? What are you doing to overcome it?
Traffic generation is a big one. We use signage, advertisements, social media, and spec building.
