Those interested in luxury living with a side of football should head to Frisco. Twelve Cowboys Way, a 17-story residential tower in The Star development, is now open for leasing and hosting preview tours of its remaining living spaces. The tower overlooks the Dallas Cowboys’ team headquarters and practice facility.

“Twelve Cowboys Way is the next step in continuing to bring to life what our vision is here at The Star – a place where people can live, work and play,” Cowboys Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer Charlotte Jones Anderson said.  “Located just a short walking distance from the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, Twelve provides its residents with the ultimate immersive experience with both our brand and organization.”

According to Jones Anderson, the tower’s design and aesthetics mirror those that exist throughout The Star and AT&T Stadium The project was initially announced in May 2017 as Frisco’s first residential high-rise. It is a joint venture between Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Hall-of-Fame quarterback Roger Staubach, and developer Robert Shaw, who is also a former Cowboy. It features 158 units ranging in size from 850 to 2600 square feet.

“In addition to being walking distance to over 40 wonderful restaurants and shops within The Star District, that special access includes a membership to Cowboys Club, Cowboys Fit, priority placement for season tickets and even designated days to watch the Dallas Cowboys practice here at The Star,” Jones Anderson said.

So how much does it cost to live close to America’s team? Leases start at $2,700 per month. The apartments include floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz countertops, light and dark kitchen palettes, wine refrigerators, glass-enclosed showers, and smart-phone controlled thermostats. Residents will be able to use a covered pool and outdoor living space overlooking The Star.  They will also have access to room service, food delivery, and maid services from the nearby Omni Frisco Hotel, as well as an on-site dog park and dog walking services.

“We are so pleased to see the progress Twelve Cowboys Way has made over this past year and are thrilled to show off the development up close to those interested in becoming a future resident here at The Star,” Jerry Jones said in a prepared statement. “These preview tours will allow our potential residents to truly picture themselves in their new home and feel what it’s like to be part of the Cowboys family.”
