Valentine’s Day is not just for Cupid. It’s for everyone in the real estate industry to show their love, love, to everyone in their ever-growing business circles who are all contributing to the incredible almost steroidal real estate growth Dallas has experienced.

So that’s what went down on Thursday, February 11th, as half the Dallas real estate industry turned out for Capital Title’s Cupids & Cocktails Party at the Dallas Country Club. The event was co-hosted by Caliber Home Loans and sponsored by First National Title Company.

The Valentine’s-themed party was not only to show love to Capital Title’s wonderful clients, but also to welcome and celebrate their new and current team members. Can you say we are having too much fun?

Shirley Fergerson and Jennifer Branson Johnston have recently joined the Capital Title Park Cities Office which includes Escrow Officers Joe Rossi, Vicki Hoodwin, Heather Webster, and Gail Klaveness.

The Park Cities Office is also getting ready to expand its store front on the prominent corner of Preston and Lovers.

Capital’s Uptown Office, where Justin “JT” Williams serves as Branch Manager/Closer, has just finished a complete remodel. The modern, simplistic, and very cool feel of the office is perfect for its location on Travis Street in the middle of hip Uptown which seems to be getting more vertical by the minute.

Capital Title also opened an office on Oak Lawn earlier this year, located in the newly renovated Turtle Creek Village. Tracey McCann and Bill Kunowsky are the two Closers at this location with expansion plans already in the works.

The business development reps Sandy Grayson Landon, Maggie Stone, Taylor Collinsworth, and Trey McCann are excited about the highly diverse group of closers they support and the different clients each one brings to the table. Sandy Grayson Landon says

“The Closers at these three offices make our jobs easy and enjoyable,” says Sandy Grayson Landon. “Everyone at Capital Title loves and is so passionate about what they do, I truly think that translates into how we interact with one another and our customers.”

The pre Valentines party night could not have been more perfect with cocktails as the sun was setting on the Dallas skyline.

Capital Title is the largest independently family owned title company in the state of Texas.

“We are proud to be a Texas based and owned business, with a Texas based workforce,” says Sandy. “Capital Title encourages and supports local businesses, since that is how they started and will continue to grow.”
