According to the Texas Real Estate Research Center, more people are seeking land in the North Texas region than ever before. “Waves of demand in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex meant strong activity in the region,” said research economist Dr. Charles Gilliland in a recent report on rural land sales.
