The new families keep everyone young and energize the area. As if it needs it. Long-time residents are just as cool as their contemporaries with energy and wisdom to spare. They love it here.
One of the reasons Sandler loves it in Lakewood is the variety of residents, sure, but also the variety of homes. There’s not a single dominant style. You’ll find modern next to Tudors, next to Craftsmans. It’s the variety that Sandler says makes the neighborhood feel so custom and we’ll throw in the word special just because we can.
