If you are relocating to Frisco and are not familiar with Starwood, it’s at the top of every list for neighborhoods that have it all. This premier master-planned and gated community of over 550 acres is filled with parks, creeks, and lakes and has some of the most beautiful homes in the Metroplex. There are nature trails, playgrounds, sports courts, a fitness center, and a neighborhood pool.
So is it any wonder it’s hard to find a luxury Frisco rental property? I found only four over $5,000 per month — my threshold for a luxury lease. Four.
“There is more demand than there is supply,” Ebby Halliday Leasing and Property Management Realtor Kristen Clift said. “All the companies are moving to Texas, so demand is high, and the price is not a factor.
