A Luxury Estate for Lease That Has Anything You Could Want!

We’ve established the fact that finding a luxury estate for lease is difficult. Estate properties are a hot commodity in general. So, when I spotted this one late last week, I knew you’d want to see it.

Located in Meadowood Estates, this gorgeous home is nestled between some of Dallas’ most sought-after private schools. St. Monica Catholic School and Walnut Hill Recreation Center are within walking distance, and it’s a five-minute drive to Ursuline Academy. If you are moving to Dallas with kids, you could not ask for a better location.

In fact, this luxury estate is one of the most perfect family homes that has come up for lease all year. It has 7,791-square-feet, six very large bedrooms, five bathrooms, a powder bath, a media room, a wine room, a home office befitting a diplomat, and a backyard made for children.

“All the rooms have French doors to the backyard, making the flow fantastic,” Re/Max Town & Country listing agent Anthony Graham said.  “This house an entertainer’s dream.”

This luxury estate was built in 2008, and has beautiful detailing that includes reclaimed beams in the formal living room, Venetian plaster walls in the formal dining room, and a dramatic vaulted and beamed family room.

There are several nice perks in this luxury estate. Both the principal suite and a guest suite are on the first floor. It’s apparent the owner loves to cook because this kitchen has it all, including a commercial-grade range and vent, double ovens, and dual dishwashers. There are even two utility rooms.

“The homeowner is meticulous and maintains and cares for this house fantastically well,” Graham said. “The entire HVAC system was replaced with 20 SEER units and eleven new zones in addition to new LED lights and fixtures to help keep the energy bills incredibly low. The average monthly summer utility bill is only $400.”

Let’s get back to the outdoor spaces I mentioned. When the pool was put in, the owner decided to add it to the side of the house to ensure there was plenty of green space.  And boy, is there! You could easily host a soccer game in this yard.

Graham has 4307 Beechwood Lane available for lease, fully furnished, at $20,000 per month. As a bonus, the owner will be happy to negotiate a 6-month lease as well. That’s perfect if you’re headed into a remodel project, and it’s also hard to find!

If you decide you cannot bear to leave this luxury estate, you can keep it for $2.895 million!
