House flipper/interior designer/podcast host Jeff Lewis has never been one to shy away from notoriety. Or for that matter, any publicity at all. Turns out Bravo’s Flipping Out big-gun is somehow always making news — whether it’s publicly sparring with ex, Gage Edward, or sharing his plans to have another baby with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.

True to its name, “Jeff Lewis Has Issues” is the former reality star’s current gig. Indeed. The outspoken, no-filter Lewis always shares all, whether it’s his messy relationships or never-ending battles (legal, personal, and otherwise).

Not surprisingly, TMZ was first to report that the famous house flipper just sold his personal 3,947-square-foot Hollywood Hills home for a whopping $5.2 million — over $2 million more than he bought it for in 2016.

Of course, Lewis put his own spin on the property.

Marketed as an “ultra-private, modern masterpiece,” the custom-designed estate sits high above LA’s famed Sunset Strip, complete with panoramic ocean and city views.

A light-filled main living area has a meandering open floor plan, high ceilings, and ample windows. The adjacent chef’s kitchen features stained white oak cabinetry, top-of-the-line Subzero/Wolf/KitchenAid/Miele appliances, and Arabescato marble island and countertops.

Befitting a reality superstar, the ultra-luxe primary suite sports dreamy canyon views, oversized rainfall shower, 60-inch soaking tub, and the pièce de résistance: a walk-in closet “so huge it feels more like you’re in a department store,” according to TMZ.

On the lower level, there’s yet another terrace sporting a pebble tec pool and spa. Additional selling points: Lutron lighting throughout and an iPad-controlled Sonos sound system.

Not surprisingly, the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half modern manse was listed by Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles celebrity Realtors Josh, Matt, and Heather Altman of Douglas Elliman.

In 2012, Lewis hosted another Bravo reality show, Interior Therapy.

The premise: Redesigning a homeowner’s space with the end goal of redesigning their lives.

To give your North Texas home a touch of Lewis’ Hollywood flair, he shares these decorating tips:

  1. When styling bookcases, go for a blended look. Make it personal by mixing in some framed photographs. “Keep it balanced and be careful not to overcrowd.”
  2. To create a visually appealing space, incorporate a variety of textures and patterns. To add texture, experiment with leather, wool, or faux fur.
  3. Bar carts are both functional and decorative—a great addition to any entertaining space.
  4. Lighten up a dark space by integrating reflective furniture and accessories.
  5. To make smaller spaces look larger, opt for lighter colors for walls and furniture.
  6. Mix it up. “Matching furniture sets can be boring and unimaginative. I intentionally mismatch pieces for visual diversity.”
  7. Avoid the most common error people make when decorating: Buying furniture without measuring the space it’s intended for. “Even after years of decorating, I can still make this mistake myself.”
