Of course, it also lets water get in. If it sits it can make your house humid and that’s not good for anyone’s hair — with or without a perm.
So, this house has it all when it comes to humidity stoppers. Like the top of the line. First, they encapsulated the crawlspace, then added a sump pump, dehumidifier, moisture sensors, temperature sensors, vapor barrier material, drainage matting, and water-leak alarm. On the exterior, they added large-capacity gutters and installed French drains. I told you, TOP OF THE LINE.
