We are T-minus three days to when the Big Man, Father Christmas, Saint Nick, ‘ol Kris Kringle, the Jolly Old Man himself makes his whirlwind trip around the globe dropping gifts off at the homes of everyone who has been good this year.
What has always been my saving grace is that Santa Claus has a sensational sense of humor when it comes to my antics and so I have always gotten some much-needed leniency in the gift department.
I digress.
Now an undertaking such as what Santa does every year requires the ability to execute a plan with unparalleled accuracy. There are presents to drop off, cookies to eat, and milk to drink. This is why I think Mrs. Claus is the true mastermind of the Santa Claus/Christmas operation and Santa is just her puppet.
All you have to do is see how well she keeps up the North Pole. No, seriously. The house she shares with Santa and the Elf Village they have on their property is tight.
You know what is really funny? The person that made that gif added an “e” to the end of Claus. I bet you dollars to donuts they get a dictionary for Christmas this year. Okay, I just had to point that out because it made me laugh out loud. Let us proceed.
This picture-perfect living room is located at The North Pole and is the abode of Santa and Mrs. Claus. They have a three-bedroom, two-bath house sitting on 25 acres.
The description says, “The property includes Santa’s main living quarters, a community of tiny elf homes, a state-of-the-art toy-making facility, garage with space for an all-weather sleigh and stables that board eight live-in reindeer, plus a bonus stall for red-nosed company.”
And she bakes all those cookies from scratch. Mrs. Claus runs that operation.
Nine times out of 10 I bet you Santa drapes his jacket on his bicycle like the rest of us but Mrs. Claus was ready for this photo shoot.
On to the Elf Village.
The Elf Village consists of a tiny farmhouse, a rustic mini cabin, and a petite bamboo bungalow. You just know Mrs. Claus was the one who designed this village for the elves. If you do not believe me, seeing the interiors will convince you.
There are plenty of smart cocktails just waiting for the elves, a nice comfy bed and some fung shui action going on along with some sushi. You cannot ask for a more relaxing, peaceful work/home balance that only Mrs. Claus could provide.
These are the elves right before quitting time so the woman has her work cut out for her. Mrs. Claus will be doubling up on the adult beverages for these guys.
So there you go folks, not only have you seen where Santa and his elves live but you have my theory as to who really runs the show in The North Pole.
