The Jaw Dropper On This Oak Cliff Ranch? The Interior AND The Price

What a cool freaking house. It’s not fully in Wynnewood, but it’s Wynnewood adjacent. It’s an up-and-comer for sure. And this house is fully updated with an add-on no less. The addition is in the back of the house and includes a primary suite and living room.

That makes for a total of four bedrooms. FOUR BEDROOMS. And over 2,000 square feet for under $400,000. And again, Wynnewood adjacent and an eight-minute trip to Bishop Arts. HELLO. I mean heeeeello.

The owners put in a lot on this one, too. It used to be super traditional, off-white brick, and a bit nondescript. (Google Maps never lies.) Now it’s dark blue with white trim, a yellow door, and what appears to be copper-colored guttering. Nice touch.

It has a modern look and for some reason reminds me of Land’s End or LL Bean. Why? I honestly have no idea. But it does so I’m saying it.

Inside it’s FULL modern and it’s so pretty. Engineered hardwoods throughout. Walls removed, rooms opened up and everything is on trend, but not obnoxiously trendy.

I love that it’s black and white inside and not gray and lighter gray. In the kitchen, they took that subway tile and placed it vertically. A great way to get lil’ different look for not a ton of dollhairs.

DANG that kitchen is so pretty. And the staging is pretty freaking fantastic, too. Shows you what really could be.

Love the fixtures, love the new windows, black doors, white walls and again, the most perfect color of engineered hardwoods. It’s makes for a pretty spectacular package.

Compass’ Thani Burke said it’s a house that’s spacious with an easy flow and made for entertaining. Plus, she pointed out, if you wanted to turn the music up one more decibel, it’s a pretty cool part of town and the neighbors likely wouldn’t mind.

Burke recently dropped the price of 2523 Garapan Drive. It’s currently listed at $359,900.
