Robert Elliott Custom Homes Launches Real Estate Brokerage, The Associates

Robert Elliott Custom Homes has launched a brand spanking new real estate brokerage firm called The Associates. And he’s flying out of the gate from the get-go with ten full-time agents for a brand that was born 30 days ago. One of the whiz kids is Brandon Meek.

“I receive north of 15 calls a week on our properties, both spec homes and custom builds,” said Robert.”The lead generation is incredibly strong. People will ask about a $3.5 million home, and then say “oh it’s out of my budget.” I ask them, what’s your budget? Now I can match them with an agent to help them find just what they need.”

The veteran Park Cities and North Texas homebuilder says he has sold 80-plus homes in the Park Cities at an average price of $2 million over the last seven years.

“We have a lot to offer young agents,” says Robert.

The move also comes at an interesting moment in the Dallas brokerage timeline. Brokerage consolidations, he says, are the new trend and are pitting young, eager agents alongside 30 and 40 year selling veterans. Many have reached out to him seeking a more level playing field.

“We are boutique, quick, nimble, creative, assessable,” says Robert.

Because his companies do so much development, both single and multi-family, The Associates agents will have the opportunity to do more than sell homes.

“This is not just “come over, sell real estate”,” says Robert.

One agent, for example, recently got the opportunity to put together a land development deal.

“There are some very interesting opportunities ahead,” says Robert. “this is the next step in the evolution of our real estate company.”
