Who Needs ‘Normal’ to Be a Success? Not This Realtor

“As a kid, I wasn’t your normal kid,” Hayden Hall confessed. “I was that kid that was ready to get off the school bus to surprise my mom and deep clean the house.”

In fact, the real estate agent’s appreciation for beautiful homes started at a very young age. Again, not a normal thing for most youths, but it led to a very successful career as an adult.

Hayden is a Realtor with VYBE Realty in Granbury, where he was born and raised. And he’s good at his craft, having been voted Best Realtor in Hood County in 2022, along with being an ambassador the Granbury Chamber of Commerce and belonging to the Granbury Young Professionals Committee.

“Every time we moved, I got so excited to look at all the different homes. Looking at the similarities, differences, and imagining how things would sit in their place just was so exciting to me,” he recalled.

Hayden was a kind kid.

“I always tried my absolute best to make someone smile, whether they were having a bad day, or I just simply knew they needed to smile.”

Hayden is also very smart. He graduated high school at age 15. Growing up, he enjoyed learning the tiers of responsibility.

“My nana/papa opened a snow-come stand here in Granbury in 2009. Yes, I ran that stand every year, every summer with them. I enjoyed it. It taught me who I am and I grew amazing relationships with the community,” he said. “Fourteen years later, we are still bringing big smiles to kids’ faces every year.

“My dream as a kid was to become a real estate agent. Fast forward, and here I am.”

Hayden began his real estate career in 2018.

He took a moment to talk about his career, why he loves it so much, the challenges, what lies ahead and more.

CD: What do you find most rewarding?

HH: Meeting clients and their families. Getting the opportunity to make connections and meet people with different ethnicities, cultures, and backgrounds is what I love about my career. I also love to be that trusted and knowledgeable neighborhood partner to make dreams come true.

Also, one of my favorites would be getting the opportunity to work with clients that are moving to Texas, especially Granbury, my home town. I’m honored to be able to show them where I grew up, and show them around Granbury, named the “Best Historic Small Town of America.” Between its charming town square, old-fashioned drive-in theater, city beach park, and so much more, there are a variety of attractions, entertainment and history in Granbury, and I love to be able to have the opportunity to help serve our community.

CD: Are there any changes you’d like to see in the industry?

HH: No not really. I’m just staying focused, and I always put my clients first. From search to sale, I’ll provide expert advice and unwavering support to help my clients’ experience be stress-free.

CD: Have you ever sold to or bought for anyone famous?

HH: I have not. I have a couple of investors, and my clients tend to turn into long-time friendships. Relationship building is my strong point. I take building relationships very seriously.

CD: What are your hobbies?

HH: I’m a mama’s boy and a family man through and through. I love to be surrounded by my family. In any aspect in life, I love to learn new things. I have a wonderful fiancé, that I love to spend my time with. We are getting married in 2024. We have two dogs, Trinitee and Roxie, and two cats. Stanleigh and Stella. We love to take them to the dog parks, and spend time with them as well. I have a passion for traveling and building new experiences, especially with my energetic selfie self! I love to take photos!

CD: Can you tell me about your family?

HH: Oh, where do I even start” My family means the entire world to me. I’m a big family man. My family is so tight and so close. We have a huge family that resides here in Granbury, also with an extended family living on the outskirts. We do everything together. My Nana and I have one incredible relationship, I absolutely love spending time with her. I love to just pack a bag and just stay the night with my Nana, watching our all-time favorite, “The Golden Girls.”

CD: If you could go back and meet anyone in history, who and why?

HH: I’d love to be able to meet the part of my family that I have never met. Wondering how blessed I got to have such an incredible family.
