The new luxury homes offer three product types — Classic, Courtyard and City Home Condominiums — and will be built by Rosewood Preston Hollow (Rosewood Custom Builders) and designed by SHM Architects.
Inside, these smartly-designed homes will have light-filled rooms, tall ceilings, and luxury appointments such as Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, European Oak floors, Brizo, and Kohler fixtures.
