We’ll start with front door. It’s not a traditional ranch-style home front door and shout out to that art deco glass for a pop of something different. Inside you’ll fall in love with the wood floors and dark wood plantation shutters. (Two hallelujah hands they’re not white.)
Check out the decorative tile right inside the door too. It’s the perfect place for a fun patterned tile. Not too much, but not too little. THOUGHTFUL.
Immediately on the left from the foyer is a formal living room and on the right, a recently tiled dining room with a modern chandelier.
Love the cool gray walls and the elongated hexagonal tile in the kitchen, crisp white cabinets and neutral granite counters.
The bathrooms look fresh and clean and the master has a variation of the elongated gray tile in the shower. The shower door is a modified barn style which at first you might want to scoff at because barn doors are everywhere, but in smaller space it’s the perfect solution and the perfect fit. It slides side to side and stays out of the way so the only annoying thing in the bathroom will be dried clumps of toothpaste in the sinks.
Out back there’s a small fenced yard, covered porch, detached two-car garage and an electric gate to the alley. So fancy. Make this little updated stunner your own. It’s 1,718 square feet and has two living areas.
