When Leah Nolan told us she and her husband were listing their Uptown condo, she was a little wistful.

They’re moving, she said, because they’re ready to upsize. “We just need a yard for our puppies and room for our future family,” she said.
That walkability is no joke, either — Walkscore.com gives the Uptown area around Nolan’s condo a 93 for walkability and a 75 for biking, largely thanks to the Katy Trail system.
