It’s not often you can snap up a flawless Dines and Kraft Tudor in Lakewood. One of my favorites hit the market this month and it’s a storybook charmer. Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate’s Henda Salmeron has 6914 Westlake Avenue listed for $999,000.
A few years ago I was writing about cute laundry rooms — yes, they exist — and this four-bedroom, 1928 home was on my list. I remember feeling like Snow White winding my way up the path to this cottage in a woodland wonder. The seller is a master gardener and created the lush setting.
When the door opened I felt I’d stepped back in time. Stained glass windows, arched doorways, and a Batchelder-style fireplace. What more could you want?
