Well, let me share with you a man cave that will make your mind zoom from zero to 60 mph in about two seconds flat.
Recently, John Zimmerman of Compass, announced the opening of Motorplace USA in Fort Worth. It’s sort of a man cave for car lovers. It’s a luxury autominium.
An auto-what?
Motorplace USA is the ultimate landing place for your prized automobiles, jet skis, recreational vehicle, or simply a place to get away.
An autominium is simply a condominium for every performance enthusiasts’ (male or female) favorite toys. A community of premium storage units available for ownership. Just like a condominium, owners can build equity in their units and re-sell them like any other real estate property.
Located at 1400 Las Vegas Trail in Fort Worth, the first building consists of 30 individual spots that can become ultimate man caves.
There are two sizes of standard units at Motorplace USA: 1,496-square-feet and 1,904-square feet. The former sells for pre-development pricing at $158,000 and the latter for $201,600.
Of course, for you super-exclusive car enthusiasts, combine the units for a drive through scenario or double-wide unit.
All units are equipped with an interior mezzanine, plumbing capacity, A/C and heating, lighting, amped up electrical capacity, and a 14-foot-squared oversized door with openers. Each owner can customize their autominium to their wants, needs, and desires.

This is no ordinary storage facility with fancy finishes. There is also a clubhouse within the 24/7 controlled access perimeter gates. It can be reserved and used to host parties to entertain guests or other gadget aficionados.
