The grass is patchy and could use some help — it’s an issue I’m a little surprised the flippers didn’t take on. But it is cosmetic and pretty easily remedied.

With the staging, it really flows beautifully, enhanced by the natural light. The floors are laminate, which may be a ding in the mind of potential buyers. But in fairness, they look pretty good and might not be an issue at all.
