It has been ages since I have visited Fairview. My kids both graduated from Lovejoy Elementary, and I started my career as a Lifestylist® when I lived there balancing horses, kids, and a career.

A lot has changed, but the elements that made Fairview such a great place to live are still there. Beautiful land with trees and rolling topography, the solitude that makes you realize this is someplace special, and the convenience of feeling like you are away from it all but having the best restaurants, shopping and schools just minutes away. These are some of the many reasons that Tim Jackson Custom Homes is debuting their new Three Oaks community in Fairview.

Tim Jackson Custom Homes is well known in this area — not only are their beautiful custom homes seen in the best communities here, it’s also where Tim Jackson and his family call home. Mornings you can see Tim driving to the homes that they have under construction, personally seeing that the homes are being built to his specifications, and now he and his wife, Leslie, can be found at Three Oaks watching the stunning new oak trees being planted at the entrance or watching the ground being moved for the homes that have been pre-sold here. This is truly a family owned and run business.

Three Oaks is an exclusive Tim Jackson Custom Homes community with only 11 lots starting at one acre each. Eleven lucky families will be able to enjoy the privacy this community will offer in their new custom-built home surrounded by 100-year-old oak trees. Homes will be a minimum of 5,000 square feet on some lots, and pricing will begin at $1.3 million. The homes are in the highly rated Lovejoy Independent School District, which is reason alone for many people to move to this area.

One of the things I love about Three Oaks being an exclusive community is that only homes that will be built by Tim Jackson Custom Homes will be in it, so you can be assured that every home will have the quality, craftsmanship, and integrity this builder is known for. Architectural and deed restrictions will protect the value of your investment as well as giving you peace of mind. This is also one of our daltxrealestate.com Hot Builders — hand-picked builders that have only the best reputations — so you know they have Candy’s seal of approval.

It’s hard to believe this type of sanctuary is still available so close to Dallas. Being able to wake up to birds singing in your yard but still having historic McKinney, Watters Creek, The Village at Fairview, and the Villages of Allen just a few minutes away is why three families have already decided to call Three Oaks home.

This community is going to sell out quickly and each lot has it’s own unique attributes. Visit the Tim Jackson Custom Homes website for more information.
