This Arlington Split-Level Is Like Living in a Treehouse

Chauncey Pham of Phamily Realty Group in Denton gave us the heads up on our Daltxrealestate.com Facebook group to a really pretty flip she and her husband completed at 1705 Woodbridge Court in Arlington, and apparently, others fell in love with it as much as we did. In just six days, this 1986-built split-level home listed at $329,900 went under contract. Here’s why:

Pham set out to renovate this four-bedroom, 2 and half-bath, 2,552-square-foot-home with a particular eye on design. Brand new paint inside and out, new flooring including carpet, cermaic tile, and luxury vinyl plank, new kitchen appliances, and a new pool pump are just some of the main expenditures put into this home. Then there’s the small touches like the midcentury-inspired light fixtures, the painted brick fireplace, and wooden barn door that bring this transitional home into beautiful classic fashion.

The large eat-in kitchen next to the living area features granite countertops, tile backsplash, white cabinetry, and new appliances including a double oven, electric cooktop, built-in microwave, and dishwasher.

Pham describes the split-level floor plan like living in a treehouse with a wraparound deck and large walk-out deck located off the master suite, which overlooks the pool. The home is situated on a quarter-acre lot and nestled among tall mature trees in a desired cul-de-sac of the Woodland Park Estates neighborhood of west Arlington.

This home is zoned for Arlington ISD’s Dunn Elementary, Bailey Junior High, and Arlington High School. It’s walking distance to Clarence Foster Park, just a skip from Lake Arlington, and has easy commuting access from Pioneer Parkway to I-20.
