This Shaq-sized four-acre mega manse sold last fall for $11 million. We assume current homeowners are basketball aficionados, considering the 6,000-square-foot Miami Heat-themed court.
And when they’re not shooting hoops? The home also sports a 95-foot-long swimming pool (dubbed “Shaq-apulco”), custom theater, cigar room, recording studio, and 17-car auto gallery complete with Superman logo.
Mark Molthan University Park Home, Dallas
We’d be remiss not to include the multi-faceted garage of renowned Dallas Platinum Series homebuilder Mark Mothan. This 2,880-square-foot recreational space was designed for basketball, pickleball, and lacrosse practice. But that’s just the beginning.
