Southlake-March-2014-USE-575x258

Word comes from Southlake office manager Carolyn Rosson that the new Southlake office is getting really close to opening. We couldn’t be more thrilled here at daltxrealestate.com! The new Ebby office in Southlake, located at 1575 E. Soutlake Blvd. — just across from Southlake Town Square — will have 12,560 square feet of star agents and industry-leading technology.

“This state-of-the-art office is being built for the future,” said Ron Burgert, chief financial officer of the Ebby Halliday Companies at the Aug. 7, 2013 groundbreaking. “It offers a superior location and is a statement of our commitment to serving Tarrant County for many years to come.”

We can just image the office bustling with associates, clients, and real estate professionals, using Apple TVs to show off demographic data, listing information, and helping educate buyers and sellers.

“We are assisting clients with one of the most-expensive and important transactions of their lifetime,” said Rosson, who has been at the helm of top-producing Ebby offices for more than 25 years and has led the Southlake office since 2008.  “It is important that we utilize all of the resources that we can to best serve their needs.”

So true, and considering the pace at which Southlake is growing, it will position them for future success. Find out more about Southlake and the wonderful Ebby agents serving the area on our Southlake page.
