Robert DeLeon brings his 20 years of experience and specialty in agent development, coaching, and mentoring to Monument Realty.

“I am beyond ecstatic to have finally found a company focused on agent support and growth. Monument Realty is a very impressive organization and in only six years has grown to over 650 agents and five offices in D-FW,” DeLeon said.

Monument Realty was founded in 2017 as a full-service real estate brokerage firm based in Frisco, Texas, and headquartered at The Star.

“Eddie and Tiffany Burns have built something special. We’re passionate about growth but focused on doing it the right way, with the right people without losing services and support that got us the best agents in the industry,” he said. “Monument Realty is like one big family who always supports each other and helps each other grow. Our culture is based on the 3 P’s: Positive, Productive, and Professional.”

DeLeon said every leadership meeting is centered around Monument’s services and what the company can do to support agents reach their highest level of success.

“Every month this year Monument Realty has been No. 1 in production and sales in Denton and Collin county,” DeLeon said.

DeLeon, who began working in real estate in 2002, specializes in agent development and enjoys coaching agents to success.

“Coaching and mentoring agents is not something that comes out of a box or a book, it has to be customized to the individual. Most brokerages want to teach one way, one strategy, one way to do business,” DeLeon said. “I believe one must diversify your strategies and each method can help you improve on the other skills required to be successful in business.”

He said he is proud of helping agents evolve to “extraordinary levels that they never thought they could achieve.”

“It is a tremendous feeling to know you can make such an impact on an individual’s life. I work hard at the office but I am also proud to have served on the Realtor Board of Directors (MetroTex) as well as NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) Dallas,” DeLeon said.

DeLeon said is tasked with opening Monument Realty’s newest office at Lakeside in Flower Mound.

“Our mission for this location will serve at least 100 of the best Realtors in the area. I am so excited to be a part of such an innovative and focused brokerage,” he said.
