John Angell hosted his fourth annual pumpkin judging contest this year.

Real estate agents are insanely creative when it comes to marketing. In fact, some of the most brilliant marketers in the world are to be found in residential real estate where you not only have to list and sell a home, you have to sell the owners, your clients, on the offers. Then once the deal is wrapped, you need to stay in touch with those clients so they remember you for rounds two, three, and four.

One of my favorite, hardest-working agents and stay-in-touch gurus is John Angell over at Paragon Realtors. John is the king of keeping clients happy and connected, from his famous Fourth of July barbecue to goodie packets throughout the year, to a massive and super creative Halloween decorating contest. This was the Fourth Annual Pumpkin Judging Contest, and there were a lot more entries than in year’s past: 19 total!

My new baby and I were going to participate, but she ate the pumpkin!

Check out these amazing pumpkins and be sure to scroll down for the winners! We also think the Needle Guy (or was it Botox Pumpkin?) should at least get an honorable mention…
