You gotta love the variety. Something I love about writing Suburb Sunday every week is finding hidden gems throughout the Metroplex and learning something new. For example, I’ve learned the Mesquite’s Big Town Mall was the first air-conditioned mall in the country. Grand Prairie was a booming aviation community during World War II. Last week I learned about Oak Point’s polo club real estate, where you can live on the polo fields at Prestonwood Polo Club. And now for this week’s Suburb Sunday, we feature the Collin County town of Princeton, located on U.S. 380 between McKinney and Greenville, on the northern shore of Lake Lavon. The city with approximately 13,000 population is home to Princeton Lakes, one of the Metroplex’s only ski lake residential communities. There are three homes that offer three very different lifestyles to love. Which do you prefer?
