To say it’s cold outside is an understatement. Don’t worry, come July and August we all will have forgotten these sub-freezing days and will be pining for cooler temps.
With Jack Frost upon us for the next few days, let’s take a look at some Tarrant County homes on the market that have nice and cozy fireplaces inside or outside the home.
Imagine snuggling up to one of these fireplaces with a good book, fuzzy slippers and hot mug of tea … stay warm!
43 Valley Ridge Road, Westover Hills
Located in the desired community of Westover Hills, 43 Valley Ridge Road is a six bedroom, four-and-two-half bathroom home of 5,864 square feet. A home of that size surely has multiple fireplaces to keep you toasty.

There are three fireplaces in this luxurious abode. The formal living room, the family room and the master bedroom all have areas to enjoy a fire.

You might never get out of bed when it’s cold and snowy outside when living in this home as you stay warm with the wood burning fireplace in the master suite.

Susanna Bartolomei of Williams Trew Real Estate has listed 43 Valley Ridge Road for $3.25 million.
2925 Owenwood Drive, Tanglewood

Built in 2012, 2929 Owenwood Drive is a beautiful English Tudor home of five bedrooms and five-and-one-half bathrooms. The home boasts a size of 7,715 square feet and of course, has many delicious fireplaces.

This beautiful home is listed by Matthew Minor of Compass Realty for $2.895 million dollars.
313 North Bailey, Crestwood

Hidden among the trees of the Crestwood neighborhood is the four-bedroom, four-and-one-half-bathroom home at 313 North Bailey Drive. The home has two fireplaces to keep warm — one in the family room and another in the gameroom.

Katie Roberts of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate has listed 313 North Bailey Drive for $989,000.
5216 Sendero Drive, La Cantera Team Ranch

If the Mediterranean home is more of your style, look no further than 5216 Senedero Drive in the third phase of La Cantera. While this home only has one fireplace (obviously they didn’t think it would get this cold when designing it) the home also features a wonderfully open floor plan with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Jana Stidman of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate has listed 5216 Sendero for $1.3 million.

44 Valley Ridge Road, Westover Hills
I think I uncovered the most unique fireplace in all of Tarrant County. It’s located at 44 Valley Ridge Road — yes, just next to our first entry of this article.
This home has 13,191 square feet and while it has four bedrooms, it has seven full and two half bathrooms! One of those bathrooms not only has the finest bath features but yes, it has a fireplace in it.

Keely Nezworski of Pineapple Properties has listed 44 Valley Ridge Road with all six fireplaces in the home for $6.7 million.
Thanks to all the agents across Tarrant County who let me know about their listings with places to keep warm. It’s nice to know that there are so many yummy fireplaces to utilize when we have times like these.
Everyone stay safe and cozy, and don’t forget to drip your taps!
