Here’s how how mature and viable a community Southlake is: developers are already planning on what homeowners of those mega Vaquero, etc. mansions are going to do when their nests are empty. What will they do? Move closer in to Southlake Town Square to some beautiful, high end luxury homes called The Garden District. Keep a smaller place near the Square and have a second home somewhere, likely.
So when the folks developing this chi chi multi family project made her an offer she couldn’t refuse, Nancy Holloway left her fabulous job working with Claire Dewar and team at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s to become sales director of The Garden District.
“Less is more right now,” says Nancy.” I am seeing it all over Dallas, and next we are going to see it all over Southlake.”
Well, Nancy’s a real estate sales super star, so I’m not surprised. The Garden District will feature 100 homes, half of them condos, half townhomes. Pricing for the condos will start at $550,000, the brownstones will start at $850,000.
They will be adjacent to the Southlake Town Square so residents can leave their cars in the garage and walk everywhere.
“It’s the real deal, exactly what people who want to downsize from a big home want,” says Nancy.
The Garden District will launch in late summer and you can bet your booty you will hear all about it here on daltxrealestate.com. We plan to tell the world and then some…
